The treatment unit for rigid sheet is available in mono-lateral (upper or lower side) or bi-lateral version.

The bilateral version features the possibility to select the side or sides to be treated directly from the generator. It features a pneumatic system, which makes the take-in of the film easier and automatically allows the electrode to keep the air gap (electrode-material distance) unchanged during all the processing phases, even when changing the material thickness.

It is equipped with segmented electrodes and fitted with a tilting device which allows the electrodes to automatically absorb possible blows due to material irregularities and then automatically return to the operating position.

The treatment station can be supplied, according to the client’s requirements, complete with a support structure on wheels or fixed to the ground, in order to be positioned at the correct height for the sheet.

The unit is connected with our IGBT generators.
