The Martignoni Hole Detector System is a high voltage direct current
generator with adjustable output and complete with electrode.
This system is designed to signal holes or hatches on bag machines where
they are joined by a tear-off line, or to detect defect holes on plastic films
or plastic pipes.
This system is not suitable for conductive films and filter materials.
The Counter System allows to detect and evaluate a discharge from a special
electrode to a ground reference through the control of high voltage discharges.
Perforations on plastic films and products can be detected and counted.
The system generates a controlled discharge, and can detect and count it to
produce a pulsed signal. The pulsing signal is available on the output
connector and can be used to detect discharges and consequently perforations on
materials.
As an alternative to the signal, it is possible to request a display for
viewing holes directly on the generator display.
