Charging Electrodes

Electrodes charging Systems for Cast lines, Martignoni created a new concept and innovative product.

The new Fixing System designed to optimize the use of air and electrostatic charge, has a built-in air tube that can be adjusted by advancing the tube itself.

These Fixing Systems are used for fixing the lateral side of the plastic film on the cooling chill roll. These electrodes are powered by a 30 kv continuous current generator (code) with voltage regulation the generator can power up to two electrodes simultaneously.
