The nozzles are an antistatic device that develops an
action to eliminate electrostatic charges through the emission of an ionizing
cone of air.
They are mainly used in cases where there is a need to
operate in particularly narrow and uncomfortable spaces and for small surfaces.
We have two models of nozzles in the catalog: The
"U" model which eliminates electrostatic charges through the emission
of an ionizing flow and the "US" model, which in addition to the
emission of ionized air has as an additional feature the use of a compressed
air flow, which allows not only to eliminate electrostatic charges, but also to
clean the surface of the material from dust and impurities; the use of
compressed air also increases the range of action of the deionizing potential.
Antistatic nozzles are usually used on packaging
machines, forming tubes for packaging of plastic film products.
They are also suitable for small three-dimensional
objects, where thanks to the help of air, the deionizing flow is helped to
distribute itself evenly on the surface to be discharged, also helping to clean
it.
The nozzles can be mounted on antistatic cable, fixed
with a bracket or in certain cases mounted on rings or rectangles where the
material to be treated will pass inside, allowing 360-degree action on the
material (example: vertical tubular packaging machines)
