24 V Antistatic Bars

The 24V dc antistatic bar is part  of our new Static Control technology, safe to the touch for the operator.

This bar has an integrated 24v dc power supply, therefore it does not require external high voltage power supplies and cables, it is connect directly to the 24v dc of the machine.

The bar emits and balances pulsating ions in direct current, in order to neutralize the static charges present on the materials at high speeds.

It is supplied with NPN signal for interfacing with the machine and, depending on the model chosen, it can work with a distance up to: 300 mm from the material (BAR24V), 500 mm. (BAR24VPLUS) and 1000 mm. (POLARITY)
